1:1 coaching
Using a tailor-made approach, Crystal works one-on-one with executives looking to become the leader they are meant to be. Each of her three featured packages offer unlimited touch-points between sessions, customized resource referral to readings and videos based on the leader’s unique needs, and a final reflection report capturing key themes, insights and “breakthrough” moments to support ongoing growth. Crystal works with clients over three, six or 12 months to achieve their leadership goals:
Three months: A minimum of six one-hour coaching sessions + unlimited follow-ups between sessions.
Six months: A minimum of 12 one-hour coaching sessions + unlimited follow-ups between sessions
12 months: A minimum of 24 one-hour coaching calls + unlimited follow-ups between sessions
